Job requirements:

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in HRM or a similar field;
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of labor law, collective labor agreements, and personnel regulations;
• Strong communication and social skills;
• Solution-oriented, structured, and precise;
• Able to work independently, but also well in a team;
• Discreet and reliable with a sense of confidential information;
• Affinity with care, welfare, or non-profit is a plus.

Purpose of the Role:

As an HR employee, you are responsible for the daily HR tasks, including personnel administration, recruitment & selection, absence management, and supporting managers at our three locations: Dakota, Meiveld, and Cero Colorado.
