Are you organized, people-focused, and passionate about making a difference? Stichting HUNTO, a non-profit organization providing basic mental health and addiction care, is looking for an HR professional to help strengthen and support our growing team.
Job requirements:
- MBO+/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in HRM or a similar field;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of labor law, collective labor agreements, and personnel regulations;
- Strong communication and social skills;
- Solution-oriented, structured, and precise;
- Able to work independently, but also well in a team;
- Discreet and reliable with a sense of confidential information;
- Affinity with care, welfare, or non-profit is a plus.
Purpose of the Role:
As an HR employee, you are responsible for the daily HR tasks, including personnel administration, recruitment & selection, absence management, and supporting managers at our three locations: Dakota, Meiveld, and Cero Colorado.

– Proficiency in Papiamento, Dutch, and English; Spanish is a plus.
