Here’s what we offer:

Our psychologists help kids and teens understand their thoughts and feelings, teaching them ways to cope with challenges and grow emotionally.

We provide different types of therapy to help young people deal with issues like anxiety, depression, and stress. Therapy can be one-on-one, in groups, or with families.

Our child psychiatrists are medical doctors who can diagnose and treat mental health conditions. They work closely with families to create effective treatment plans.

We conduct evaluations to diagnose conditions like ADHD and Autism. These tests help us understand each child’s unique needs and how best to support them.

We offer IQ testing to assess a child’s cognitive abilities. This helps us identify their strengths and areas where they might need additional support.

We believe in looking at the whole picture when it comes to mental health. This means considering all aspects of a child’s life, including home, school, and social environments. We aim to provide comprehensive care that addresses various factors affecting mental well-being.

While our primary focus is on therapy and holistic care, we also offer medication when necessary. This is always done with careful consideration and in consultation with the child and their family.

We aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where children and teens can get the help they need to feel better and lead happy, healthy lives.
